Working for this well known integration and consultancy company, I have worked on several projects including those ones :
§ **Test Team Leader** (September 2001 – December 2001):I was managing the test team responsible for debugging the new KPNO core billing system, enabling them to rate and bill GPRS call and subscription. Technologies involved are : Portal, Unix, Informix, CSS customer care and billing software.
§ **Test and Infrastructure Manager** (October 2000-March 2001) I have been the test manager for a Atm reload for prepaid mobile phone card. I was implementing the hardware (HP 9000) and software (Web Logic Enterprise on HP/UX OS) solutions, preparing the tests and acceptances plans.
§ **Inhouse Automation** (inter contract period) I have been working on the migration to office 2000. I was testing templates, migrating them to the new standard, and deciding implementation plans. I was working on the maintenance of the day to day infrastructure, managing several in-house projects. I also worked on the windows 2000 migration, managing the overall project, from server to client desktop and on several Bid/presales technical help. It includes a wide range of technologies ranging from Unix to windows platform, using backoffice tools, analysis mind and team management, working on logica infrastructure.
§ **Technical support team and NT Support Team for Proximux** (November 1998 – March 2000) I worked on the implementation of a new support structure and as the SMS specialist, I helped to build the technical support team. I gave training to the helpdesk people that migrate to the new team, implement software installation rollout solution and test for the new software. I was responsible for finding Tiers 2 support solution and managing for the escalation to the tiers 3 support when needed. |
