It includes a wide range of technologies ranging from Unix to windows platform, using backoffice tools, analysis mind and team management, working on logica infrastructure. §     **Technical support team and NT Support Team for Proximux** (November 1998 – March 2000) I worked on the implementation of a new support structure and as the SMS specialist, I helped to build the technical support team. I gave training to the helpdesk people that migrate to the new team, implement software installation rollout solution and test for the new software.
