Executive Summary:Dermatology Information System

The main purpose was to provide school districts a utility to assist with matching student records from a State provided ASCII Direct Certified (DC) list to a Student Information System (SIS) ASCII file. Once those students were matched, the program would export a file for the purpose of importing into their Free and Reduced system.
Client Requirements:

A login prompt and database was needed
To Create one Admin account with username ‘nutriscan.support’ and password ‘n-ltech1’
User will be able to configure and import DC and SIS files
User will be able to configure and run the Automatic Match or the Manual Match
User will be able to export the DC file
User will be able to lookup a student record and manually add/remove as a DC

Purpose: HL7 Interface Development

PatientTrac’s Practice Management application is designed to assist the physician in establishing and following an effective workflow in a medical facility.

Technosoft worked to Interface PatientTrac with HL7.

PatientTrac HL7 Interface

Client: Hospital & Health Care

Purpose: Personal Health Record System

Technosoft developed a PHR, Personal Health Record, system for Emergency Hospitals arm of the Baptist Health of South Florida. The PHR allows small emergency hospitals across south florida to ID patients using a Patient Health Record Card.

The Data in PHR is saved in secure fashion and is conveniently available for Emergency response personnels. This is a .Net/PHP based solution with QR code reader in encryption and other frameworks.

Purpose: Android Glucose Meter Reader

This application connects with different Glucose meters and retrieves data using custom data retrieval protocols. The Meters are connected to Android device via different options including, UART cable, USB OTG, Serial, etc.

After retrieval of data, its plotted in different type of charts to show patients and providers pre and postprandial readings over a period of time. Some of the meters interfaced are One touch, Ultra2, Bayer Contour USB, Ultra Mini, etc.
