Brian has been working in the outsourcing industry since 2006. He started his career as a customer service representative of Teleflora Web Services(ePLDT Ventus in the Philippines) based in the United States. Then after, he served as an Associate II agent at Callbox Inc., one of the largest outsourcing company in the Philippines.
