This freelancer has been wonderful. My project is for editing existing PHP (using an MVC framework), Javascript & CSS code and Fal has been able to make all changes really quickly. His ability to get his head around how all the different pieces work together is exceptional. On top of that he is extremely quick to get all tasks done, he is very thorough in his communication (even to the point of tracking every file he has changed and reporting it to me each time), and he does a high-quality job. A lot of freelancers will do the minimum work to get paid; Fal takes the time to do things in the best possible way and the result is much better. I've had two or three other freelancers look at this project and not be able to make things happen. Finally I've found the person to make all the changes I need - I will definitely be doing more work with Fal.
