My recent background has involved work with customer service as I was part of the Store Marketing Assistant and Resource Team and have been doing an Administrative job at Jollibee Tibanga - positions that have provided me with hands-on experiences in many of the same types of projects that your company undertakes. In my time at Jollibee Tibanga as part of the Marketing Assistant and Resource Team, I have been responsible for providing quality customer service as we offer Jollibee Kids Party and Bulk Order Services. I, together with the team, make sure that files like contracts of the said services are well kept and managed. We always make sure that we exceed our last year’s target sales especially during December. As an office staff which gave me administrative skill, I have been responsible for data encoding, end of day reports, leading and training newly hired staff, sometimes making working schedules, total their working hours for payroll and more.
