PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
GENERAL CONCERN is a web application for Omega HealthCare Intranet. It helps our employees to directly talk to the management regarding any issues faced in the company. The issues like food quality improvement in the canteen, transportation problem, harassment from the other employee of the company, or any thing that he/she feels not comfortable in the company.
The employee can raise an issue that will send as an email to the corresponding manager and cc to the all other managers. The managers are only persons that they can edit an issue about the action taken and the current status of that issue either it is in inprocess or completed or still it is fresh. The user can see the status of an issue raised.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Medial Insurance Batch System is Online File management application. It is a systematic method for storing, locating and keeping track of information that is valuable to a business. It is an intranet application to maintain Files and to maintain offices details. There will be different process all processes the files comes from the clients.
The application contains 4 modules. ENTRY Module, QUALITY CONTROL (QC) Module, LOGS Module and REPORTS Module. The application works on the designation of the employees. The process associates can only see the files allotted by the Team Leader and he has to complete the entry process or qc process with in the target time. Team leader can generate the reports in the excel sheet that how many files are completed in there process.
Functionalities Involved and Responsibilities:
o Upload text files to database automatically.
o Generates production reports for single user and multiple users.
o Secured website and Developed Custom and user Controls

The Database will be designed to respond to increasing crime and violence in our community. Specifically, it will help the Domestic Violence Unit to Accurately and efficiently identify the specific crimes and crime trends that put families at risk. Address the complex demands of reporting incidents in domestic crimes. Make informed decisions about how and where to use their resources for creating healthier environments.
Functionalities Involved:

o It's a Windows n-tiered application and Created Deployment project using Microsoft MSI packages.
o Project included building a Windows based front-end interface for managing the system and database. Created administrative security levels for different users, and wrote stored procedures.
o Created Crystal Reports and Transaction handling.
