My process firstly include Preparation, compilation, and sorting of documents for initial data entry. Followed by transferring information from PDF formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners depending on requirements. Perform high-volumes of data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
Verification of data integrity by comparing it to source documents and review data for errors/missing pages/missing information and finally resolving any discrepancies if exist before submitting final results. Protect confidential customer information if any. Also Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Ultimate goal is to maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity as per department standards and complete any additional assigned tasks as required.
