I have over ten (10) years of Customer Service experience and have dealt with both local and internal customers this has helped me to develop good phone manners, as well as the ability to deal with agitated or distressed customers. I am accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously.
My duties included making receiving customers calls and emails to query their accounts. During my current employment I have implemented several new strategies which has significantly reduce customers complains.
I am organized, great at meeting deadlines. Skilled in the use of computers and related software applications. I have also had extensive experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. I am also as trained technical writer, who is great at technical document formatting.
On a daily basis I perform a series of data entry jobs, updating hundreds of customers account.
Data Entry has been the major part of my life, speed and accuracy is also motto. I aim for the highest standard my previous managers always wants me back, I feel this is a good sign that I am doing something right.
