I’ve been in the BPO industry for 12 years with two companies. I handled different positions and tasks from an agent level to a managerial position. I started my career as a technical support representative for 6 months and applied as a Sales & Customer Service representative. When I transferred to the Sales & CS Team, that’s the time I started to love what I am doing. That is because I am good at sales conversations. I assisted customers with their queries using the right tools and sales techniques. I always make sure to build relationships and gain their trust first before moving to close a sale. I developed my skills and knowledge which I shared with our employees when I became a Team Manager for almost 7 years. I made sure that my agents are equipped with the right knowledge and mindset to properly assist every customer. I also handled calls that can be utilized as sample calls for calibrations and client presentations. I became one of the key authors of a sales methodology that was replicated by the entire company. To stay at home close to my family and earn at the same time are my goal. I always admire people who work at home and I am hopeful that I can also do the same thing. I am a fast learner, flexible, analytic, and critical thinker. I am excited to use my skills and knowledge to assist every customer. I am eager to learn new things and adopt those new skills that will help the company.
