I love "Connecting the dots". As an economist numbers always fascinate me, & analyzing the business model is an added advantage. I have been into equity market for 2 years, the bull & bear trough in the business cycle has always brought in adrenaline rush in my blood. Doing research & finding out midcap dark horses with triggers have become a part of my hobby, because every day in market, I go through 10-12 companies, so it has now become easy for me to screen out fundamentally strong companies at one go. The art of valuation is not just in the financials, one has to analyse if the company can sustain over the long run with respect to the sector as well as its competitors, & that is what I love doing. I always want to be a good economist and for that I need to be exposed to difficulty and challenging work. My course has provided me with strong analytical skills and preparing reports of important data, which would act as catalyst in making business decisions. I believe, a work is just monotonous if its not driven by passion so I prefer that work which is backed up with my passion because in now a days competitive world just 9-5 job, neither brings boom to the company nor brings in self growth, we have to be in that mindset where we enjoy our work, what we are doing. As the requirement of the company & my passion in analyzing business model & financials exactly clutches together, so I genuinely consider myself as a competent candidate for this position.
