which is morefully described in the schedule hereunder and having acquired the same through a Self-Acquired Property.
Total Amount towards Property: 1,80,000. (Rupees One Lack Eighty Thousand Only), in that Advance Amount Paid Rs.50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) On 01-11-2018,
And remaining balance amount i.e. Rs. 1,30,000 (Rupees One Lack Thirty Thousand Only) have to settle before three (03) months from the agreement executed date.
Whereas, after full and final settlement necessary registration process will be taken place, as per both the parties mutual understanding.
