i asked for a scrapper who can scrap 4 links for me, he then provided me with python file, which i dont know about neither know how to run, i asked him that i needed data, then he refused to do the work i asked, i hired other freelancer same budget and he did work in 2-3 hours, i then approached him and asked if he can do another links i can pay and forget the dispute, he read msg disappeared then, and refused to do so. he is just not the person you want, be clear what you want, be very very clear, will never hire again for sure.
