I have completed a Masters Degree in Translation, in which I translated a wide variety of technical and institutional texts from Italian into English and also undertook modules in Polish and Portuguese translation. During my Masters course I gained work experience with Smallword Translations and translated an 8,000 word medical document in collaboration with the University of Padua, for whom I have since worked on a number of occasions. This in depth work experience was conducive to my employment at the Domus Academy in Milan, where I translated design briefs from Italian into English for English-speaking students. I am now a full-time freelance translator based in the UK. I am an enthusiastic worker with a passion for languages. My educational background has provided me with a meticulous style, systematic approach to problem solving and the ability to meet any given deadline.
