A Solutions Designer/Business Analyst for a CRO company to provide clinical trial solutions for top leading pharmaceutical companies in the world. My responsibilities include collaborating with international clients to create technical requirements for system design and work in a multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely delivery. Obtained substantial knowledge of business analysis tools (such as requirements gathering and analysis, UML, and risk management), lean-agile methodologies, lean-six sigma and SAFe4.5. In addition, my experience of working in a scrum-agile environment will strongly benefit me as a freelancer by being able to manage time and prioritise tasks efficiently whilst ensuring that products are aligned with clients' needs.
