Ticketing Portal
This is a PHP based ticketing software where customer can create a service request for his mobile phone repair and the Admin can assign the request ticket to concerned technician who can then update the ticket details. Customer can maintain a track of repair costs and payments made in his wallet section. This project involves multiple user roles and their associated limitations while updating ticket details.
