Hey there! So, I've been in the BPO world for like seven years now. It's been a wild ride, let me tell you! I've learned tons about talking to customers, fixing problems, and juggling a bunch of stuff all at once. It's been a blast, honestly. Oh, and I recently dipped my toes into the whole virtual assistant gig, about six months ago. It's been pretty cool! I've been helping out with all sorts of stuff, like scheduling and doing research.
