As buyer, you have the right of first publication for all work produced. I retain all lasting rights for all work produced, and will exercise these rights according to specific terms specified by project type and scope:
-For ghostwriting projects, I retain the right to exhibit all works produced as a part of my professional portfolio but will not excercise the right to again sell or publish that work.
-For byline-credited writing, I retain the right to republish and resell all works at my discretion as well as exhibit all works as a part of my professional portfolio.
-For company-specific articles and marketing materials, I retain the right to exhibit all works produced as a part of my professional portfolio with, with all instances of company name and logo replaced by generic titles and images by original company request.
-For proofreading and editing projects, I retain the right to exhibit before and after examples as a part of my professional portfolio, with names, locations and other related details changed by original company request.
