Ms. Helfrich completed her education with a BS in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA, concentrating in Marketing and International Business from Seton Hall University. She began her career at Bankers Trust’s institutional marketing department and quickly realized her keen interest in utilizing the Internet as a communications vehicle. At Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, she was responsible for the Firm’s online communications initiatives by monitoring the timeliness of all web content, writing, approving and posting new content, and recommending/implementing new site enhancements. From this position, Ms. Helfrich transitioned effortlessly into her current position as Internet Marketing Manager at Becton Dickinson & Company where she manages the company’s e-marketing initiatives.
Outside of professional endeavors, Ms. Helfrich has been involved in projects for small businesses, designing and programming websites for companies in the medical billing, printing, and toy manufacturing industries. Ms. Helfrich's career in undeniably focused on Internet marketing and understanding not only the benefits of the web as a technology, but the best practices that drive the successful launch and maintenance of a website. She has been involved in numerous web initiatives, playing a key role in coordinating the business and online strategies with technology departments. Whether developing a website from scratch, or enhancing an existing site, she knows how to implement a web initiative from conception to implementation.
