Wasim SHOMAN is a post-doc researcher in the Department of Space, Earth and Environment at Chalmers University of Technology. He used to be a GIS Engineer working in the GIS division at ISBAK, Istanbul, Turkey. He develops solutions using state of the art technology mainly for mobility based projects. He utilizes geo-mathematical models and develops scripts to deliver his assignments. His PhD is in Geomatics Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. His research interests are urban road networks accessibility analysis and modeling using GIS and Remote Sensing.
