Small translation for prostate cancer support group
The client is from a support group of prostate cancer. The goal of the support group is to educate the public about proper knowledge of prostate issues, diagnosis and treatment. Due to the multi-lingual environment in Hong Kong, the support group would like to publish bilingual information. The client satisfies with my work and she is one of my regular clients to do the translation.
Sobre Mim
I am a native Cantonese speaker and fluent in English and Mandarin. I can also type Chinese in Traditional and Simplified characters and English proficiently. I am working in healthcare sector (genetic counselling to be specific) in multi-lingual environment and often have to translate medical terms into plain language for patients. I also have experience in academic research and have published articles in international peer-reviewed academic journals. Other than that, I have had 6 years of experience in translation from English to Chinese and vice versa.
