1) Create an executable to be running in multiple computer stations, to run a survey. When the user fill the survey, the program must: • Save the data on a SQL Database. • Create 2 plain text files and save them on a local shared drive. 2) Additional, a predefined PDF template should be created to pre-populate the data that is being imported from ONE of the text files. On the PDF document, the user should be able to sing the document using an electronic signature pad (Ex. Using topaz signature pad). 3) Depending of the answer in one of the questions, the program allows the user to finish the survey or to redirect it to another small survey that creates a text file. The user can take the survey either on English or Spanish language. Either one creates the same text files. Only changes the wording for each language. TEXT FILES: 1) One of the text files created is a fixed template that should be filled with the user’s data. This text file must be created as the same as the templat
