I've written code regularly since I got my 1st computer in the 80s (ZX81 with only 8 kB of RAM), and have worked for 30 years as a C/C++/Python programmer in R&D teams for high-tech firms in several fields (Ubi Soft, Thalès, F4 and IxBlue/Exail). I am an expert in debugging/optimizing code, am very curious, and love writing new algorithms. I've had the opportunity to write a few compilers, virtual machines, 3D games, compression code, to work on inertial trajectory simulation code, audio code, image processing code, to produce optimized binary maps, and to greatly enhance the running time of several applications (sometimes over 150x!). I've also successfully managed to find and correct tricky bugs in unusually constrained environments (such as military code in a tank turret in assembly without source code). I've worked a bit in Shang-Hai on bots for finding performance bottlenecks, on a multiplayer 3D game and on advanced censorship. The list of the tasks I've successfully processed is too long to fit here. Furthermore, I can speak several languages and play classical music at an advanced level (piano, clarinet and cello). Soy curioso, y me gusta mucho trabajar sobre audio, algoritmos de compresión, parsers o compiladores. Soy fluido en inglés, y hablo un poco español (suficiente para trabajar), chino y alemán.
