Hi, I need a custom developed Wordpress theme. The design must be simple and easy to use. Following custom requirements. It must be a template that I can easily customize to use the same blog-layout for several users. The blog should feature a big header photo on the top of each page (something in the size of 1020x350) This will be changed for each new blogger, but thats fairly simple by just changing the picture itself on each site. On the very TOP of the bloglayout, there must be a fixed custom header in about 35px height displaying the mainlogo for the site behind the individual blog along with links to other personal blogs.
