I would like to create self registration counters for our small upcoming expo. We are looking to have around 5 counters at the event so that visitors can register them selves for the event and print out thier credentials. I have listed a sample form that another event is using, the only difference is that at the end it will send to print instead of submiting. I would also like to have a back end so that i can create different shows, and add/delete the specific fields that will show up. This is the sample: We would also like to add barcodes to the credentials, so please inform us if you are able to include them.
