I am looking for a skilled 3D renderer to create interior renderings for a duplex project. The desired style for the interior is modern. guys see, ive payed 30k to a architect to design my house front elevation, it is a duplex with full parking below, so in the elevation he made the exterior staircase exposed or with no closing, now after building according to his idea, we didnt like the it. I have a developer who works with me, but looks like his knowledge about CREA RETS API is not enough. Basically, what we are trying to get is a Building Type field from CREA RETS API. We have all other fields, but for some reason we can't figure out how to get this field. In you can go to the filters and see the Building type: House, Row/Townhouse, Apartment, Duplex, Triplex, Fourplex, Garden Home, etc. We can't find it in CREA RETS API.
