We are in need of a skilled vb.net developer to help us modify some existing code. This is a component for .net applications that is supposed to recognize checkboxes on an image and then duplicate those checkboxes on another image in the same spot regardless of the resolution or distortion. For instance: If I scan in the images () and place some checkboxes (set the box size to 10) then load the test distortion image, and click recalculate the component should calibrate to the thick black border on the edge and place the check boxes in place regardless of the image resolutions. Some old pictures have a noise in them, caused by the brand of paper being used at that time. The noise resembles a grid of hexagons. I will try to post a sample picture. I have 5 header images with heights of 109 pixels. I need them reduced to 75 pixels but the width should remain constant. I don't want a lot of image distortion so there will need to be some minor design changes. I would also like 5 new header images (762x75) with fresh designs. The DDS has to use -Overlay with some sampletext (you can choose what you want), -Wrdwrap and -cntfld -send the code to our AS400 and compile it there.
