This project is to develop a residential master plan. The lot is 24 acres. We are planning to build a one story 2700 sqft house with a detached garage. There will also be a 40’ s 60’ barn. The driveway will split with one section going to the house and the other to the barn. There will also be a 12’ x 24’ greenhouse. The entire property will be fenced in. We are not expecting the master plan to show landscaping features other than the fence and existing trees.

I have indoor grow tent, with multiple citrus trees, It runs an exhaust fan, 4 air moving fans, 4 lights, 2 heating pads, and an irrigation pump, I currently run most of the items off of a wifi power bar (geeni surge 6) and the exhaust fan runs via its own controller with temp and humidity settings. The irrigation pump is supposed to run off of a wifi based application (the app no longer exists) I am looking into the idea of getting a raspberry pie and running the entire system off of that with some programming.
