Needed: Wordpress plugin or other method of automating real estate listings from our CRM software Podio. Not sure if easiest method is using Podio's API, Wordpress plugin, or some way to convert the Podio data to IDX or RETS to use with a real estate listing plugin. Our real estate company uses Podio as our management software for real estate listings and property management. We also have a custom PHP website for our customers to search our listings, which we want the Listing part of to be transferred to Wordpress platform (probably just through domain forwarding). All the details for the listings are in Podio, so we need this new listings, price changes etc to sync from Podio to Wordpress.
We use multiple IDX plug ins, and some have their own disclaimer in the footer attached. We would like a plug in to remove the footer or at the very least modify it to our own terms. Need plugin versus modified theme because our themese and plugins are updated constantly. Plugin will allow us to fix it once and forget about it.

I am working on a realestate website It is not wordpress, standard html. I need an integration that pulls from the MLS (florida gulf coast, Miami, and New York City. Their are monthly services that offer this under the name IDX Integration. An example is and IDXbroker.com. I like this site () and click search. However she uses wordpress.
