After that server started to have very high load (over 100) caused by mysql mostly, and maybe little by php. All the databases show in phpmyadmin but all the tables in the database are saying "table _____ doesn't exist". I looked in the directory of mysql and all the files are still present. And now the next step would be to programmatically deploy an optimized WordPress stack on those server node. I've been looking into a number of optimized stacks already and there are quite a few of options actually.
