Przez phpmyadmin działa to bez problemu: np. w jednej tabeli, którą chcę wyexportować - usuwam w niej ID / AUTO_INCREMENT, exportuję przez phpmyadmina, a potem importuję ją przez phpmyadmina do drugiej bazy i do drugiej tabeli. Obie tabele są identyczne w strukturze, obie mają ID AUTO_INCREMENT Są to samodzielne tabele, w niczym nie są powiązane z innymi. Tabele liczą po ok. 10 GB czy nawet 30 GB. Używam mysqldump do exportu, a mysql - do importu, ale bez znaczenia dla mnie. Ważne, aby działało.
