(downloaded ZendFramework 1.11.10 version). I could create a PHPZendProject within NetBeansIDE. The project is created successfully. I then copied Zend folder from framework directory to projectfolderlibrary directory. The global include path is also pointing to the folder in which Zend folder is available. In addition I would need you to setup hosting of website; currently I have xampp installed, however I don't know if that's stable enough.
