I need someone to integrate a download option within my website to rip/copy the entire website into the local machine such that I am able to use the website even when I am not connected to the internet. This project is to scrape several websites and to provide an output file in xml format. I would ideally like the scraper to be written in Perl. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). 4) software uploaded to a web hosting site of my choosing and executable code ready for execution by and administrator. ## Platform Windows 2000, XP.
