I'm looking for someone to make me a simple simple simple program that lets you switch a proxy on and off. Basically I want the proxy switcher to either be pre-programmed with the ip address and port number or have it get the variables from a .txt file. I'd also like a task bar icon to be displayed where users can simply click it to enable/disable the proxy (similar to the tor button in firefox). The proxy should work with all browsers (e.g. ie, ff, ns, op). The simpler the program, the better.

Hi Im looking for an automated torrent uploader that will upload to as many torrent sites as possible including piratebay and mininova plus many more. Needs to be able to signup to the site, and if the ip address is banned needs to be able to signup through a proxy by using something like Tor. To register / upload to these sites do have image captchas also so that may be a little complex.
