( and laser measurement ) The machine runs with installed Delta PLC, programmed on Simatic WinCC flexible. Right now i have the opportunityto run the machine in manual mode ( set seperate extruder and tractor speed ) or automatic mode. In the Touchpanel i can change PID values of the system to get a good diameter but its not the best way. Although i can turn on an "automatic mode" ( which only regulates the tractor speed ) i often dont get good results of diameter. So often even the automatic mode is not able to get the filament to a good diameter i have to test / change the PID values and hope its getting better....

I have a .NET database and automation application that I hired a custom development house to write several years ago, that runs on Windows CE 5.0. I deployed this application at several sites on an Advantech TPC-1570H fanless touchpanel pc, with Windows CE 5.0 preinstalled. This configuration worked rather well for many years. Now, I am starting to have some service issues with the Hardware originally installed. The replacement Hardware from Advantech now comes with and Atom processor and Windows CE 6.0 installed. I can't get an image from them that uses Windows CE 5.0. The application will launch to it's typical login screen, but when I login, it crashes and closes without warning, an no errors. I have a process control application that is currently running on a Win CE 5.0 fanless touchpanel controller. The program utilizes a custom XML database consisting of 9 XML files for various data used in the application. On the same flash card drive, The program writes to two XML history files that accumulate over time, and writes a separate text file everytime it completes a process cycle. The object for me to get the historical information off of this controller in a CSV format for importing to a business application. The controller's source code is not available, so I need a 3rd party application that can read these XML/text files...interpret them and export a logical CSV formated file and place it on a removeable drive or network location.
