The deliverable is a quantitative summary and analysis of user testing videos. Goal is to highlight common difficulties and potential resolutions to website and platforms. Attention to detail is critical. Ability to summarize findings in Google Slides / Powerpoint. Experience with Userlytics a plus (not required).

Hello, Userlytics helps its clients review the usability of their websites and apps, or any other digital asset by conducting online sessions with the users and we record the session while the participant follows a think-aloud protocol and answer some questions and try some tasks. In this case, we need to review an online form, the participants will need to review the form and asses the ease of use and answer some questions while speaking out loud. interviews will be non-moderated and can be done form any computer or smartphone.
Userlytics conducts Online Usability studies for companies around the world. we are looking for French residents that are willing to try a site for one of our clients. The participants will need to download and instal the Userlytics recorder, a Java app that will enable for the session to record the participants desktop screen as well as his/her webcam view. During the session, approx 15 mins, participants will be show a taskbar and will need to answer some questions and try some task on the website they are instructed to visit and loud all the interview should be conducted in English
