I can use MS Publisher to just show a flat new hull color, but I need this image of a white yacht to be overlaid with a new very dark navy blue (RGB 2,22,40) hull paint and a narrow red (RGB 206,0,0) boot stripe right at the waterline. Then I need the hull to be made to appear very shiny, reflecting the water spray on the blue hull (see instructions PDF), and all of the windows, portholes, and deck drain openings need to be shown.
