Recently we purchased a house that was build 30 years ago but never finished. We would like to finish it in a modern contemporary fashion, and need an idea how to do it. We do not need a project for a construction permit, than just a floorplan drawings, and facade rendering. I had been working with another freelancer on this a couple months ago and he doesn't seem to be logging on. I do not imagine it would take you more than an hour but let me know what you think. I have a 2D floor plan of a house that I want to convert to 3D and also make some changes to the floor plan. I have actual pictures of the house I can send to you to help you understand what I want to do to the floor plan. I want to develop a website to display 360 degree photos, linked to floorplan where the hotspots are only visible to users that have permission to view the images. The security aspects are high priority (login to view and to upload new images) so enterprise level security approach to managing permisions. All photos will reside on AWS. Users should be able to view through browser, with no requirement to download special software to their PC.

Also i need to create the walktrough means to make clickable points on the DOORS so you can jump to the next 360 degree foto. I'm using Pano2VR now, but perhaps you got also another software. Want a floorplan put in sketchup. Don't need finishes and textures.. basically just a cleaned up floorplan and then some renderings of various rooms. Will later want a revision based on some proposed changes. If I can't do this for $50 I may no do it...

I have an existing application that renders an SVG image (which is a floor plan) in binary format. You can drag an drop a secondary svg image (a dot) onto the floorplan and attach it to polylined object on the floorplan. Work required : When the dot is dropped onto a polylined object I need to retrieve the key information behind the object (dot unique ID, cx and cy coordinates) and save these information in a localstorage in the browser. Second step : When an internet connection is detected make an Ajax call to an MVC action and synchronise with a backend database. NB : on loading the page the floorplan should synchronise and be populated with existing data from backend. Other skills required for this project : D3.js, Jquery, SVG.
