I am working on a responsive redesign of a website. I am having trouble with the main header size as the page shrinks. I think someone with CSS skills could fix it quite easily.

I have a need for a video animation. Was wondering if you had the bandwidth and I have a I have a need for a video animation. Idea is to incorporate the illustrative background drawing of a light bulb and animating it to morph it into a real light bulb slowly fading/turning on. The video needs to be fill an entire span of a masthead on a website such that the video can be full browser width. Idea is to have the video play in the background similar to what (and other sites) have on their homepage. Size can be similar to that. So the beginning of the video will make it seem like its just the illustration (will be supplied) of the light bulb flat on the page.
