As said in the title, I need to move an existing PhpBB board powered by Icy Phoenix and based on phpBB2, to a new PhpBB3. The existing board is only based on PhpBB2, so there are some difference on database structure compared to a vanilla PhpBB2. So it's not possible to use a converter, ma some operations must be done manually. I've had Freelancer contractors who haven't been able to fix guest checkout without breaking the whole checkout system, and now I can't get ahold of them.
