I need a CAD designer

I am creating a product that attaches to shower walls and slowly transitions the shower faucets/handles from hot water to cold. I have a few requirements for this product. 1. It must be detachable from the wall. I am imagining it having high quality suction cups on the ends to attach to the wall. 2. It cannot use electricity or batteries. I am imagining it to function like a "wind up toy car", in the sense that you pull it backwards (after attaching it to the shower wall), and it slowly winds back to it's original position - simultaneously moving the shower faucet/handle from the warm to the cold side. 3. The legs sticking out of the product (to move the shower head from warm to cold) must be able to rotate towards the center of the product. This is because I am imagining it to have rubber bits on the inside and allowing it to grasp onto round shower faucets/handles. Thus making it compatible for more showers. 4. I would like the legs that stick out to be self-installed by the consumer. I am imagining the customer screwing the handles onto the product, thus giving them the sense that they "built it" themselves. I have included VERY rough drafts of what I can imagine the product looking like. I am only including these photos to give an example visual, if you can create something more AESTHETIC and FUNCTIONABLE, please do. I am willing to pay a pretty penny for the right designed product. MY ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO SEND THESE CAD DESIGNS IN FOR PROTOTYPES. Please understand this while designing. I need these to be functionable for a shop or factory when manufacturing.
