Music Video Using Old train Footage

We are looking to have someone create a Black& White Music Video for an instrumental song (5:32 in length). There will be no original footage, Footage will come from your archives, or from using the many national archives. Brief spots of added animation could be incorporated, but not necessary. The song is called Steam Engine, and focus would be on old West, with an old Steam Engine. From leaving a station to chugging along in the country side. Slowing down, stopping, going faster playing with the song. Old style video footage would be like what is found in this video: [login to view URL] . However, unlike that video, our video will be all old footage (no band members, no new footage, etc). It would change scenes with pronounced song beats / changes. Some will have quick scene changes, other parts will be longer. It can be time lapsed at parts. Looking for someone with a vision for this as well, to make it unique and to post on Youtube.
