Turn image into a custom website - use javascript

I'm looking for a javascript programmer that can turn our image into a javascript website, we just used 99 designs for a the website mock up. The font used in our design is CF Simon Marchessault which is a Google friendly font. I numbered our design with sections I will break down each section. Our site will be using [login to view URL] for the Shopping Kart. The special part of our website is the article page (#5 on attached image) will show the newest article posted at the top and the date to the right of it and the articles will be html mixed with Disqus at the bottom of the articles in the article page. Our blog needs to be a simple blog that is word press please give me some options to choose from for design. Another special thing about our site is on the home page we will show the highest rated chalk shades design people can vote on designs or share them to their Facebook the design that has the highest rating will show on our home page, if the user clicks the image or click submit and win it will go to the page where it shows the newest photo submitted at the top and a box above that to submit to us the photo and ask for a name and phone number so we can approve or disprove image and be able to call them if they win once we approve image it will go to the top of the list. The image that has most votes will be show to the top right in the winner circle. Users can just click the glasses which are like stars under the image to rate a picture its that simple same goes with home page users can rate the image right there on the home page and the total votes will show to the right of the image. All images in the chalk shades showoff will have a share on Facebook button on it. Basically we are going to need a back-end for the chalk shades faceoff. When we select a winner that image gets shown to the left of the page where the show off is it will be kinda small and it say the month they won then the person in second most votes will be the new winner in the winner circle and the and the process will start over again. We should show 15 medium images one on top of another per page and votes on the images and share on Facebook, inside the chalk shades faceoff page the newest image at the top. Shopping Kart [login to view URL] - we are only using for the shopping Kart you will need to create a simple shopping kart system. We only want to be able to send the customer a email with there tracking number and shipping carrier in it and to tell them their item is shipped so we that made the backend. So basically we need a list of newest customer at the top and shipping their address and items bought and total sale and we can click by the customer name item shipped and type in tracking number and carrier and hit submit and they info will get emailed to the customer , the customer will get a simple email that says your item has been shipped and have tracking number in the email and carrier. I’m pretty sure Braintree will have the customers info you will just need to add the shipping feature next to the name for us to keep track which items are shipped and which ones are not. We want the top navi bar to to be drop down when users click products or hover over please have drop down that says Chalk Sunglasses and under that 8 Chalk Markers. This is just for products section. All other top navi bar buttons are not drop downs. I marked the areas we want and which areas we want images. I attached the full instructions , Payout $500.00 max
