website redesign - need in 4 days (HTML)

Hi, I have a website design that I need updated. I actually have two sites that I need someone with some great creativity to take the best elements from each and make me one killer website. HTML/CSS only. No wordpress, Joomla or other wacky design language. I must be able to edit in Dreamweaver. Basically for the homepage, I need you to combine the elements I like from the three sample pages shown on the attached mockup and notes, plus add some extra design features so it all blends together and looks great. Then, I need 3 interior page designs. I have a couple mock up ideas for the interior pages for you to start from, but I need you to make it look great. I will send all of the source files for the three sample sites so you can use any of the elements needed from them to save time. I NEED THIS DONE BY SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 14TH. Please only bid if you can complete on time, with time for revisions from me, by the deadline. My project is time sensitive. One this initial project is done, I may need you to complete additional interior pages or other edits/design updates in the near future. Additionally, I have additional work longer term for the right person on a couple of different sites that we are working on.
