Contractor Accounting

I need an Excel accounting file built that will help me tract my General Contracting Business. I have a file I will upload that is close to what I want, but I want a newly formulated file built. I want to work with someone that will be willing to make changes on the file until we have created something that will track my business and will be easy for my accountant to read and use for my taxes. I want to be able to post all company deposit & all company expenses. With each entry I need to have 2 different columns with 2 different codes for tracking. The first code would be to the job we are working on, and the second code would be for the trade or category within that job i.e. FRAMING, DRYWALL, ROOFING. The first code would need to automatically total as new entry's are posted. The second code would break down the total amount spent on a job by trade or category. I would really like for this category break down to also show up in the form of a colored pie chart. I don't need you to enter in the JOB names or the TRADE categories. All I needs is for you to formulate the file to work properly and allow me to edit the different fields. JOBS could just be listed as 100,200,300,400,500,600,700,800,900,1000,1100,1200, up to 3000. Thirty JOB fields per year. CATEGORIES for JOB #300 could be 301,302,303,304,305,306, up to 340. Forty CATEGORIES per JOB. I will need these columns for each checkbook entry: DATE, DESCRIPTION, DEPOSIT, WITHDRAWL, JOB, CATEGORY, ITEM MEMO There may be more we could add and I would like to hear any ideas you may have that could make the spread sheet even better. The file I uploaded is to just give you an idea of what I'm trying to create. You will notice that there are multiple pages on the bottom. When items are posted on the main page they will also propagate on other pages depending on the JOB or CATEGORY. Thanks!
