Odoo Accountant -- 2

Apexive is looking for an accounting professional who has at least 3 years of experience with [login to view URL] to join our team on a long-term basis. We are looking for an individual accountant, not an agency, who can potentially work with us full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date accounts receivables and accounts payables.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare balance sheets and Profit and Loss (PnL) statements for our tax preparers in the respective countries.
- Manage expenses efficiently to ensure proper allocation and tracking.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting entries for netting, VAT statements, fines, and other financial transactions.
- Create year-end reports and conduct End of Year (EoY) transactions.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Odoo modules, specifically Accounting, Expenses, and Assets.
- Extensive experience of at least 3 years working with Odoo.
- Strong knowledge of the MIS module is a plus.
- Proficient in English; additional proficiency in Dutch, Czech, or Greek is a bonus.
- Familiarity with VAT regulations in the European Union (EU).
