Project Description: Quickbooks Online General Clean-up and Organization We are currently using Quickbooks Online and are in need of assistance with a general clean-up and organization of our financial data. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience with Quickbooks Online and be familiar with its features and functionalities. Tasks to be completed for the clean-up and organization include: - Reviewing and categorizing transactions - Reconciling bank and credit card statements - Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors - Cleaning up and organizing chart of accounts - Ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial reports We are initially looking for a one-time clean-up and organization of our Quickbooks Online account. However, this could potentially turn into a monthly service depending on the quality of work and ongoing needs. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in Quickbooks Online - Strong attention to detail - Experience with financial data analysis and reconciliation - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear explanations If you have the necessary skills and experience to help us with this project, please provide examples of similar work you have done in the past.
