My name is Fadoua and below is a small introduction to my work experience related to this task: 1- In my last position i was working in technical support/ implementation for a car rental company and i was responsible for integrating and installing integrations with our software including Turo, Quickbooks online, Economy, Zoobie and more. 2- I was also responsible of setting up license scanners and cc processing terminals with the rental software. 3- I was responsible of setting up the fees and rates on Turro and Quickbooks online to assure a smooth integration. 4- I did the invoice PDF and setup on the company's software and Turo to assure invoices show the correct information on Quickbooks. 5- At the same time, i was handling customers escalations, helping setup clients software and give training on the software to clients. 6- I also helped clients figure out the process flow from car pickup until return, including adding traffic tickets and tolls and vehicle damage entry into the system.
