Coupon Magazine Website

Publisher of direct mail coupon style magazines in need of website in web 2.0 format. We want the ability to place pdf copy of each ad on page by category of business (food & dining, automotive, retail, etc), digital version of magazine (use 3rd party company to perform digital version-Blue Toad), opt in email subscriptions, ability to send email newsletter to subscribed customers. Also want to be able to create a text based coupon that can be added/changed through back office/admin area. Each business needs to have a business page that is template based that includes 2-3 pictures, area for text based coupons to display on each business page, email sign up box that customers can register to receive emails from this business. Need each business page to be able to auto populate as we add new businesses from the admin area. We currently mail to 5 different communities with each having their own website ([login to view URL] example). Want to be able to clone this site for the other communities we serve as well as add new sites as we grow and expand. Ideally we would like to see similar examples in portfolio. Open to suggestions on software used to build. Easy to navigate by consumers, and easily maintained on our part.
