I need a graphic designer with a strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects to create a map of the U.S. that lays flat, then comes to life and sits on the screen in the "up" position. The position of the US we're all familiar with when we look at a map. I want to have this effect live on my website showing all the different states we've done business in. As the map goes from lying flat to rising up, the states we've worked with (there's about 35 of them) will quickly light up in a different color. You can use this link: [login to view URL] to see the current map of the US I have and the states colored blue are the states we've worked in. Ultimately, I'm trying to have this look more dynamic/visual/attention grabbing. As an added bonus, it would be really cool if by clicking on an individual state, the view could see a list of the schools we've worked with in that state (typed out).
