We are looking for support for Amazon connect IVR and call flow implementation. The job includes connectivity for 15 API with two separate systems, creating a simple lookup DB for a location to user lookup. The IVR would need to validate the customer Input (NLU and DTMF) that was provided and call API using Lambda functions and validate the information store this till the end of the call to process subsequent information's requested from the backend systems. The Dynabo DB table would also need to be used for this.
The call flow is already defined and is pretty straight forward, We also need support with the reporting and call flow management.
The systesm should also be integrated to a work flow manager.
